| Orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless arranged otherwise. For items in stock, shipment are generally made the same day order is received. If an item is not in stock, normal lead-time is 30 days for manufacturing. All returns must be authorized in advance and must be made within 30 days of purchase. We only ship to confirmed addresses to prevent potential fraud activities. If your address is not confirmed, please send us a Money Order along with order number and your desired ship-to address.
